How do I start my subscription?
Create an account, choose your plan, and subscribe securely through Stripe. Access begins instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of your billing period.
Will I be charged automatically each month?
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact our team for assistance.
Can I listen offline?
Not yet. Spicify is streaming-only to keep your stories and privacy fully protected. Offline mode is in development.
What devices can I use Spicify on?
You can use Spicify on iOS, Android, and any modern web browser. Progress syncs automatically across all devices.
Will anyone see what I listen to or read?
No. Your listening and reading history are completely private and visible only to you.

How often do you release new stories?
New chapters are released weekly, and brand-new stories, audiobooks, and series are added every month.
Can I request a specific type of content?
Yes. Subscribers can vote in Spicify Club polls and suggest future storylines.
Is all content included in the subscription?
Yes. Your plan gives you unlimited access to everything within your selected tier.
What if the app isn’t loading or the audio won’t play?
Restart the app and check your internet connection. If the issue continues, clear your cache or reinstall. You can also contact team@spicify.com.

Where can I read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
You can find them at the bottom of our website, and inside the app under “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” in the Settings section.
Can I switch between plans?
You cannot switch plans directly. To change your plan, cancel your current subscription first. It will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can then start a new plan at any time, and it will activate immediately while your previous one stays active until it expires.
Is Spicify available worldwide?
Spicify is available in most countries worldwide. However, access and payment processing are not currently available in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
