Digital Content Delivery

Spicify provides access to digital content, including but not limited to books, audiobooks, and other digital media, delivered instantly upon subscription. Due to the digital nature of our services, all subscriptions grant immediate access to digital content upon successful payment.

No Refunds

Once access to digital content is granted:

  • All payments are final
  • Refunds are not available
  • Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period

By completing a purchase or subscription, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right to withdrawal or refund, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not affect charges already made.

Legal Compliance

  • Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
  • Where required by law, exceptions may apply.
