Delete your Spicify account

You can initiate deletion inside the Spicify app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you no longer have the app, use the request option below.

What deletion includes

  • Your authentication account and profile information.
  • Your saved reading, listening, viewing, favourites, and personalization data.
  • Device tokens and account-linked notification preferences.
  • Other account-linked records that Spicify is not required or permitted to retain.

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Retained records are restricted and removed or anonymized when the applicable period ends.

Request deletion without the app

Send the request from the email address associated with your Spicify account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing it.
