Spicify is intended for adults 18+ only. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Feature access depends on your active plan tier and may change if your subscription changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including stories, audio, videos, artwork, branding, and software, is owned by Spicify or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or otherwise misuse the service. Unauthorized capture or redistribution of premium content is prohibited.
6. AI-Assisted Content
Spicify may use artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technologies to assist with creation, development, editing, adaptation, narration, visualization, personalization, or other production processes. AI-assisted material may be combined with human creation, direction, editing, and review. Outputs can contain inaccuracies or unintended results, and Spicify may review, modify, replace, remove, or discontinue them.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel through the platform where you purchased. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility depends on the purchasing platform, our Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, infringes rights, abuses payment systems, or harms users or the service. You may stop using Spicify and request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Spicify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
10. Third-Party Services and Changes
App stores, payment providers, analytics, advertising, and content-delivery providers have separate terms. We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes and will provide notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute; any unresolved claim may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
